1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or dining at Noka Restaurant ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations
2.1 Booking Policy
Reservations can be made by phone at +65 8550 9111 or through our website. We recommend making reservations in advance, especially for weekend dining and omakase experiences.
2.2 Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from our restaurant. You will receive a confirmation via phone or email once your reservation is confirmed.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For omakase reservations, we require 48 hours notice. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
2.4 No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your reservation without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future reservations.
3. Dining Policies
3.1 Dress Code
We maintain a smart casual dress code. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who do not meet our dress standards.
3.2 Age Restrictions
Children are welcome at our restaurant. However, we ask that parents ensure their children are supervised and considerate of other diners.
3.3 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation. While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens.
4. Payment and Pricing
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept cash, major credit cards, and local payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.
4.2 Pricing
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
4.3 Gratuity
Service charges may be added to your bill. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
5. Conduct
5.1 Guest Behavior
We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward our staff and other diners. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.
5.2 Photography
Photography of food and ambiance is permitted for personal use. However, we ask that you be considerate of other diners and avoid using flash photography.
6. Liability
6.1 Limited Liability
Our liability for any damages arising from your visit is limited to the amount you paid for your meal. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
6.2 Food Safety
We maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. However, guests consume food at their own risk, particularly regarding allergies and dietary restrictions.
